Game description

Tales of Xillia Remastered Switch NSP – Tales of Xillia Remastered for Nintendo Switch is the return of the classic JRPG originally released to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Tales of series. The game takes players to the world of Rieze Maxia, where humans and spirits coexist. Players can choose to experience the story from two different perspectives: Jude Mathis, an ambitious medical student, or Milla Maxwell, a mysterious woman who claims to be the Lord of Spirits. These protagonist choices offer different perspectives on the story and provide high replayability.

The core of the gameplay lies in the Dual Raid Linear Motion Battle System. This system emphasizes teamwork, allowing two characters to link together to unleash devastating combo attacks and powerful Linked Artes in real-time. This Remastered version features several important quality-of-life improvements, such as an Autosave feature, clear objective icons on the map, the ability to disable random enemy encounters, and a Retry feature for regular battles, making player progression smoother.

The Nintendo Switch version of Tales of Xillia Remastered delivers an updated visual experience, with more detailed character models and enhanced color and contrast that bring the world of Rieze Maxia to life. The game also includes over 40 DLC cosmetics and items released for the original game. With a touching narrative about fate, friendship, and duality, Tales of Xillia Remastered is an epic JRPG experience perfect for playing anywhere.
